The standard game is a match game. When all 4 props are placed in the proper location, the relay will disengage. This can be used to drive a maglock or other control device.
The FX450 includes a RS-485 network interface which is compatible with the FX200 RFID reader system. When enabled and the software is appropriately configured, the FX450 can create large match games where 1 to 100 props must be in place for a puzzle to solve. Also, it can support a network bridge function where RFID tags can be read into a host system (like MQTT and Node-Red) for dynamic and complex logic. A minimal, configurable match game is provided in the FX-Framework, however more advanced logic and control may require additional development by us or another developer.
Typically, when using hobbyist 'Arduino' controllers, many additional relays, drivers, inputs, and filters must be added for a reliable system which takes time and expertise. The FX450 Controller addresses this problem while providing and consistent and repeatable interface for scale and familiarity. No more is every prop a science project where only the expert can assemble it.

It saves time and money for installers as it can be wired up and replaced very easily due to its pluggable headers. Expansion: Depending on programming, the FX450 is suitable to control a wide variety of props. Besides the special RFID/RS-485 network capability, it can receive button presses, scan a button matrix, and sensor inputs and control motors, solenoids, lights, and more. There are also many FX compatible expansion options for more inputs, outputs, serial devices, displays, or analog. Additionally, you can use your own I2C devices under the control of the FX450 via the exposed 6 pin I2C header.
